The unit is operated over 45,000 Sq.ft. of covered area, employing dedicated and skilled workforce, who blend traditional skills practiced for generations through hand knitting, handlooms, hand flat knitting & crochet knitting with new computerized flat knitting machines, new age state of art shuttleless Rapier Looms, warp knitting machines, a fully integrated process house, equipped with State of Art Needle Detection Machine & the latest Dry Cleaning plant. A completely conducive environment provides an unparalleled edge to Pearl product line.

Pearl Exports & Imports is a STAR EXPORT HOUSE, ISO 9001-2015, OEKOTEX CERTIFIED, SEDEX COMPLIANT & OHSAS 18001:2007 CERTIFIED, with in house worsted spinning and arrangement for all types of fancy yarn spinning & twisting on Saurer Fancy Twisting machines. The unit is equipped with fully computerized Shima Seiki Flat Knitting machines and state of art shuttle-less DORNIER Rapier Looms. It is further integrated with the latest textile cleaning and finishing equipment from GERMANY which are the environment friendly with zero discharge. All the incoming material, raw materials & accessories, semi finished & finished goods are tested in-house in our testing lab which is fully equipped with yarn count, evenness moisture testing, composition & yarn breaking strength testing. Testing is also done from outside agencies like ITS, TUV, Texan Lab & Textile Committees.

The House of Pearl, being a pioneer in Wool business from last seventy years, is amongst the first to start manufacturing of Home Textiles in Wool & specializes in Throws, Cushion Covers, Curtains, Blankets, Kitchen Linen, Christmas Collection, Bags, Mufflers, Lamp shades, Toys, Socks……etc, always keeping in view the changing pattern of requirement of the Buyers. These items have also been developed in Wool blends, Acrylics, Linens, Combed Cottons and their Blends too.  Other products such as Kitchen Towels, Dish Cloth, Table Runners and Table Mats were also introduced working on themes of Kitchen & Table Linens. We have a dedicated team of employees to look after the developments and to do sampling for the Buyers.
